36. Parthenogenetic activation of oocytes of in vitro as one of biotechnological methods of preservation of a genetic potential of agricultural animals (Review)

The data of literature and results of own investigations of the author on activation of maturation in vitro ооcytes of agricultural animals to parthenogenetic development are summarized. The main laws and states of investigations methodology on the parthenogenetic activating of oocytes of agricultural animals out of organism were presented. The author discussed the biological bases, problems and prospects of application of the parthenogenetic activation of oocytes of agricultural animals of in vitro.
