Abstract
During the 2012-2014 period 6 new breeding lines were studied in the experimental field of the Department of Genetics and Plant Breeding of the Agricultural University by using a block design with 3 replications and a plot size of 10 m2. The aim of the investigation was to evaluate the new lines for some important traits such as yield and yield stability, using the Sadovo1 as a standard. Applying biometric and ANOVA analyses and determining the stability index, it was found that the breeding lines 12501009 and 12504709 were perspective for future selection.
