The main purpose of the given scientific paper is the development of the scientifically proven approach in the systems of controlling the quality and the achievement of the aproaces of poultry production certification. The research informational basis consists of the provided annual reports, business plans and other documentation of the poultry jointstock company „Avicola Corlateni” and the own-mode research results. In the period 2009-2010 there were made an information selection and analysis of the factors containing the increase of poultry production quality. On the basis of these researches it was suggested to implement the management system according to the international standards ISO 9000 and define the certification of the poultry production.
