Influence of organic acids on reduction of somatic cells in milk

In the article the results of researches directed for development and use of methods of diminishing of somatic cells in goat’s milk are presented. It was observed that adding to the tests milk water solutions of mixture from ascorbic and lemon acids resulted in reduction in the somatic cells count and increase of mass stake of fat and albumen.
